Platform Engineer - Fintech/ Crypto

Incubly is seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to join a mission-driven team supporting high-growth tech companies. You will work with a leading blockchain and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider, focusing on enhancing developer experience and streamlining build, package, and deployment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve the self-hosted GitHub Actions runner fleet and optimize resource allocation for engineering workloads.
• Administer the JFrog Platform and maintain artifact repositories, vulnerability scanning, and dependency management.
• Operate ArgoCD environments to support GitOps-based progressive delivery and manage Kubernetes configurations via Helm and Kustomize.
• Unify observability stacks including Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog to provide actionable platform telemetry.
• Develop self-service infrastructure APIs and internal developer portals to reduce friction for product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Strong proficiency in GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Terragrunt.
• Experience with GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and artifact management with JFrog.
• Solid understanding of observability tools and policy-as-code frameworks like OPA or Kyverno.
• Excellent communication skills with a product-oriented mindset toward internal platform development.
