Planning & Portfolio Manager (US Operations)

We are seeking an experienced Planning & Portfolio Manager to support our US Operations team in driving cross-functional initiatives that align business demand, operational capacity, and strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead resource planning activities, balancing demand and capacity across various projects and initiatives.
• Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles to ensure alignment between operational, commercial, and financial plans.
• Manage portfolio changes, including reprioritization, scope adjustments, and the onboarding or offboarding of initiatives.
• Coordinate market and product phase-in/phase-out activities to minimize business disruption and operational risk.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards, and portfolio transparency mechanisms to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Portfolio Management, or related strategic planning roles.
• Proven expertise in resource planning, portfolio governance, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English and availability to work within the US (Stamford) time zone.
