EWOR is launching cutting-edge new initiatives and is seeking an exceptional Photonics Head of Commercial to join their new department. You will work alongside a team backed by successful serial entrepreneurs to build high-impact technology ventures from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the specialized field of Photonics.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and researchers to ensure commercial success and market validation.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise in Photonics combined with a high-agency builder mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of complex projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on rapid execution and scalable traction.
