Pharmacology Expert

micro1 is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacology Expert to contribute specialized domain knowledge to a customer-driven project focused on training next-generation AI systems. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your scientific expertise to ensure that AI models learn from high-quality, accurate, and clinically relevant data, shaping the future of how these systems reason and perform in the field of pharmacology.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate pharmacological content to ensure scientific accuracy, clinical adherence, and real-world relevance.
• Develop and curate complex scenarios, case studies, and datasets covering pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and drug interactions.
• Provide expert feedback on AI-generated responses to ensure they meet rigorous scientific standards.
• Translate intricate pharmacological concepts into accessible information suitable for advanced model training.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to refine guidelines and identify gaps in existing pharmacological datasets.

Requirements

• Advanced degree such as a PharmD, PhD, or MD in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical, molecular, or systems pharmacology.
• Proven experience in authoring, reviewing, or teaching pharmacology-related content in academic or industry settings.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to discern nuances in complex pharmacological data and communicate them clearly.
• Familiarity with current global guidelines and regulatory standards regarding drug therapy and safety.
