⭐ About Tagvenue

At Tagvenue, we're building a SaaS-enabled marketplace that is redefining how people discover and book venues around the world. We're a team of highly capable and deeply curious people who care about solving meaningful problems and influencing how the venue-hire market operates globally.

Every month, thousands of events are planned through Tagvenue - from corporate offsites and private dinners to workshops, film productions and weddings. We connect people with unique spaces, matching what users need with the best venues on our marketplace.

⭐ About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take over and scale our paid acquisition channel for Clients - alongside the organic channel run by a separate team. Google PPC is already live and generating results. Your job is to optimise it, prove incrementality and scale it profitably across markets.

You'll also evaluate and decide on the strategy for Meta and potentially other platforms. Your work will be measured on real sales outcomes, not vanity metrics.

This is a role for someone who thinks in unit economics (CAC, payback, LTV), steers campaigns with confidence using AI-powered tools and treats measurement and incrementality as the foundation - not an afterthought.

This is a fully remote role, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

⭐ What You'll Do

  • Own the strategy and scaling roadmap for paid acquisition: account architecture, test roadmap, success criteria and scaling thresholds

  • Manage budget and orchestrate campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta and potentially LinkedIn): set up account structures, define goals, shape the conversion signals that guide platform algorithms and allocate spend across channels

  • Optimise towards real sales value (value-based bidding): feed revenue, margin and LTV signals back into the platforms, maintain healthy scepticism towards platform-reported metrics and prove the channel generates genuinely incremental sales

  • Build a reporting system on a consistent set of business KPIs (CAC, return on first booking, LTV and others) combining platform data with internal sales data - drawing clear conclusions and translating them into action

  • Run a disciplined testing cycle for campaign messaging: hypothesis and KPIs → implementation → conclusion

  • Coordinate with the SEO team: share intent and audience data and actively measure and prevent traffic cannibalisation

  • Use AI tools in your daily work: research, creative variants, reporting automation and analytics

⭐ What We're Looking For

Must-haves

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with strong ownership and real accountability for business results

  • Experience running campaigns at scale - managing large, complex account structures with thousands of landing pages across multiple markets, not just small single-product accounts

  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads with meticulous attention to detail

  • Practical experience with value-based bidding, importing offline/sales conversions and optimising towards revenue or margin

  • Ability to design and run incrementality tests

  • Financial and business literacy - fluent in the language of CAC, LTV, payback and margin

  • AI fluency as a daily working mode: research, creative production, analysis and automation

  • Quick learner who is enthusiastic about testing and optimising new tools

  • Fluent English (minimum C1)

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience launching a paid channel from scratch

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other performance channels

  • Experience in English-speaking markets (UK, US, Australia or others)

  • Background in the leisure or travel industry

⭐ What Makes Us a Great Place to Work

  • Competitive compensation

  • Flexible working hours

  • 24 paid days off per year & all bank holidays

  • Birthday day off

  • Private healthcare

  • Growth budget for books and courses

And because we’re part of the events industry, we celebrate:

Every quarter, we meet in Kraków to connect in person, recharge, and have fun together 🎉
