Performance Marketer — Senior · Adult RTB

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing international AI company to find a Senior Performance Marketer specializing in Adult RTB. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional ready to own and scale high-volume acquisition campaigns while maintaining profitability and long-term customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale adult acquisition campaigns from end to end across significant budgets.
• Evaluate campaign performance using metrics such as CPA, rebill, LTV, and payback.
• Develop and execute structured creative-testing systems to optimize performance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to tracking, fraud, and funnel conversion.
• Identify and expand into new traffic sources to drive growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in advertiser-side campaign execution with significant monthly spend.
• Demonstrated success in scaling profitable campaigns and managing creative testing.
• Deep understanding of traffic quality, cohort analysis, and subscription economics.
• Experience with adult RTB, adult networks, or high-volume B2C acquisition environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose performance declines and optimize at the placement level.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1-C2 level).
