Performance and Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a Performance and Talent Development Specialist to partner with our business leaders and drive high-impact talent programs that foster a culture of excellence and continuous growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end performance review cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage critical talent processes including calibration, individual development plans, performance improvement plans, and succession planning.
• Track talent metrics and deliver comprehensive dashboards that provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Maintain and evolve career frameworks, job leveling, and competency documentation across the organization.
• Create and facilitate training workshops and learning materials to support managers and employees in their professional development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in performance management, talent development, or organizational development roles.
• Proven track record of managing performance reviews, talent calibration, and career development programs.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and dashboard reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to partner effectively with global teams.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools to improve process efficiency and reporting capabilities.
