People Technology Analyst (100% REMOTE)

Tether is a global leader in digital finance, pioneering the future of blockchain technology and stablecoin solutions. We are looking for an automation-driven People Technology Analyst to join our fully remote team and streamline our global People Operations processes.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and map existing People Operations workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable automation strategies.
• Serve as the primary administrator for our HRIS (HiBob), configuring advanced automated workflows, triggers, and approval chains.
• Manage and optimize system integrations between HRIS, ATS, and finance tools to ensure seamless, automated data flow.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into headcount, turnover, and talent metrics.
• Create comprehensive documentation for new processes to ensure high adoption and organizational self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing and configuring HRIS and ATS platforms in fast-paced, international environments.
• Strong expertise in business process mapping and implementing automation logic within HR ecosystems.
• Direct experience with HiBob and Recruitee, including complex workflow architecture and multi-conditional triggers.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and data visualization tools like Looker Studio or PowerBI.
• Deep understanding of software integration logic, APIs, and data mapping.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
