People Operations Specialist

Belkins Group is a dynamic ecosystem of SalesTech and MarTech solutions, committed to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to manage our HR systems, data, and processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience from pre-boarding through performance cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HiBob as our core HRIS, ensuring data integrity and handling reporting for leadership.
• Automate manual HR workflows by building self-service flows and utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, with a specific focus on optimizing pre-boarding and onboarding processes.
• Support middle managers in navigating core HR processes, including performance management and compensation reviews.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and maintain comprehensive HR documentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in HR operations supporting a headcount of 100 or more.
• Proven expertise in managing the full employee lifecycle and HRIS configuration, preferably with HiBob.
• Strong ability to partner with management to foster a high-performance culture.
• Excellent planning and prioritization skills with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency and fluency in Ukrainian.
