People Experience & Ops Specialist

At bunny.net, we are on a mission to build a better internet by moving quickly and pushing boundaries. We are looking for a People Experience & Ops Specialist to help us refine our internal systems, enhance the employee journey, and foster a culture that keeps our team connected and focused.

Key responsibilities

• Own employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
• Document and improve People processes to ensure they are scalable and easy to navigate.
• Translate employee feedback into actionable initiatives and improvements.
• Manage day-to-day operations of our Employer of Record partnership.
• Design and deliver engagement and culture initiatives that reinforce our core values.
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to close loops independently.
• Systems thinking approach to connect people, processes, and tools effectively.
• Excellent execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with employees and leadership.
• Ability to use data and feedback to identify problems and recommend solutions.
• Comfort working asynchronously in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
