People and Culture Analyst (100% REMOTE)

Tether Operations Limited is a pioneer in the digital finance sector, dedicated to building innovative blockchain-based solutions and reserve-backed tokens. We are currently seeking a dedicated People and Culture Analyst to join our global, fully remote team and support data-driven initiatives that enhance our talent management and workplace experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure new hires receive necessary resources and an engaging introduction to the company.
• Maintain and update People and Culture documentation on Confluence to ensure clear communication of internal policies.
• Track mandatory training completion and analyze feedback surveys to provide actionable insights to People Strategic Managers.
• Support company-wide engagement initiatives and collaborate with internal communications to foster a positive culture.
• Manage and optimize HR modules in HiBob, maintaining accurate metrics and preparing periodic reports on workforce trends.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a People Assistant, People Experience, or similar role within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems, specifically HiBob, including reporting and dashboard creation.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing documentation in platforms like Confluence.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
