Penetration Tester

SNI is a trusted IT outsourcing partner that delivers high-quality security solutions for prestigious global firms. We are currently looking for a skilled Penetration Tester to join our team and help secure complex digital environments through rigorous testing and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Perform penetration testing across web and mobile applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Identify vulnerabilities and attack paths using Red Team methodologies such as MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT, and Social Engineering.
• Translate technical security findings into actionable remediation steps and business-relevant risk assessments.
• Provide technical security guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough documentation, evidence handling, and reporting standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience conducting penetration testing projects.
• OSCP, OSWE, GPEN, or equivalent professional certification.
• Deep knowledge of networking, operating systems, full-stack web applications, and OWASP Top 10.
• Experience with Application Security Verification Standards (ASVS) and vulnerability mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in German (min. B2+) and fluent English.
