PEGA Lead System Architect

Jit Team is looking for a highly skilled Pega Lead System Architect to join our international team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex Pega-based solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement robust enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workshops to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end case management workflows and business logic using Pega.
• Define and govern the overall Pega application architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems, including error handling and robustness patterns.
• Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to development teams.

Requirements

• Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of experience in the software development lifecycle.
• At least 3 years of experience in architecting and designing Pega solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• Experience in designing enterprise class structures and foundational components.
