Devire is currently seeking a Payroll Project Manager to join an international organization in the healthcare and medical technology sector. This role involves coordinating end-to-end payroll projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, and driving process improvements across multiple geographies.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for end-to-end project delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans and risk management matrices.
- Partner with Workstream Leads and local Finance to develop standardized workflows and ensure appropriate segregation of duties.
- Implement global payroll procedures and oversee payroll and HCM system reconciliation efforts.
- Manage relationships with program stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of payroll solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with payroll processes and/or transformation.
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
- Proven experience in payroll project management across multiple geographies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information and drive process improvements.
- Expertise in payroll vendor systems and HCM systems, preferably Workday.
