Payroll Country Owner - Czech Republic

Strada Inc. is seeking a dedicated Payroll Country Owner for the Czech Republic to serve as a strategic subject matter expert. In this role, you will ensure that our payroll solutions remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with local regulatory standards while collaborating with product teams to drive innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary payroll expert for the Czech Republic, maintaining deep knowledge of local legislation, tax laws, and compliance standards.
• Partner with the Product Development team to influence the product roadmap and ensure country-specific functionality is accurate and up to date.
• Analyze existing payroll procedures to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that minimize manual processes.
• Act as a gatekeeper for client customization requests, balancing the need for innovation with global standardization and compliance requirements.
• Support pre-sales activities by sharing insights and best practices to demonstrate the capabilities of the Strada Pay platform to prospective clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll or HR outsourcing with a focus on regional compliance.
• Deep understanding of payroll processes and regulatory requirements specific to the Czech Republic.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex legislative topics into clear, actionable insights.
• Highly detail-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving process improvements.
