Payments Team Lead

Impact Brands is a prominent leader in the health and wellness industry, managing a diverse portfolio of seven brands dedicated to improving lives globally. We are currently seeking a dedicated Payments Team Lead to join our fully remote team and help us continue our mission of positively impacting millions of people.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable and Chargeback teams by providing training, guidance, and performance management to ensure all KPIs are met.
• Manage daily operations for both teams, ensuring efficient chargeback case processing and accurate payment processing for accounts receivable.
• Analyze payment trends to provide actionable insights to management and identify areas for continuous process improvement.
• Ensure all payment handling and dispute processes strictly adhere to processor regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Handle complex escalations and mitigate financial risks by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in banking, fintech, payment processing, or e-commerce, specifically with chargebacks and accounts receivable.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a focus on coaching and team development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement effective process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Lithuanian, enabling effective stakeholder management.
