Payment Operations Manager

Growe is looking for a dedicated Payment Operations Manager to join our team and ensure the seamless execution of our financial transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring payment performance, optimizing acceptance rates, and maintaining the operational health of our payment infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor payment methods to ensure functionality and escalate issues to providers or internal teams as needed.
• Analyze acceptance rates across various providers and make data-driven decisions regarding payment method configuration.
• Manage balances across payment methods to facilitate smooth withdrawals and top-ups while analyzing cost structures.
• Develop and maintain contingency plans and monitoring procedures for support teams.
• Collaborate with the BI department to enhance internal reporting and track critical business metrics.
• Assist in the integration and testing of new payment providers and suggest product flow improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a billing, payments management, or support role within the online payments sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex financial and transactional data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Solid understanding of online payment technical integrations, funnels, and transactional systems.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency and excellent communication skills for working with international partners.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and maintain high attention to detail.
