Pathologist

Micro1 is seeking a dedicated Pathologist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will apply your specialized medical expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn and reason through high-quality, real-world clinical input.

Key responsibilities

• Review and annotate diverse medical data sets, including histopathology images, laboratory results, and clinical notes.
• Evaluate and identify diagnostic patterns to guide data labeling and enrichment efforts.
• Collaborate with AI developers and data scientists to impart clinical context and validate system outputs.
• Provide detailed, domain-specific feedback to optimize the accuracy and reliability of AI models.
• Ensure all information complies with industry standards, best practices, and patient privacy requirements.

Requirements

• Board-certified Pathologist with active and valid credentials.
• Demonstrated expertise in pathology, including the interpretation of complex specimens.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for conveying insights and collaborating remotely.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency when working with large clinical data sets.
• Commitment to data privacy, security, and ethical handling of sensitive information.
