Partnerships Manager

CryptoProcessing by CoinsPaid is a leading stablecoin payment provider with over 11 years of industry experience, connecting businesses to the world of digital assets. We are looking for a dedicated Partnerships Manager to join our fully remote team of over 110 professionals and help us drive growth through strategic partner and reseller relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic partner and reseller accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, resellers, and financial institutions.
• Drive partner revenue growth, retention, and overall satisfaction through proactive engagement.
• Prepare detailed reports on partner performance and share actionable insights with internal teams.
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain an active partner database.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payments, FinTech, crypto, iGaming, or related B2B industries.
• Proven track record in Partner Success, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Strong understanding of crypto payments, PSPs, and financial partnership models.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills with C1/C2 English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
