PAM Operations & Platform Specialist

Link Group is seeking a dedicated PAM Operations & Platform Specialist to manage the stability, administration, and expansion of our enterprise privileged security infrastructure. In this role, you will maintain and optimize our CyberArk and Idira Privilege Cloud environments while implementing new architectural blueprints to ensure secure and compliant access across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the operational health of the PAM platform, including proactive monitoring, service request management, and tier-2/tier-3 support.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to credential rotation, password reconciliation, safe permissions, and directory synchronizations.
• Manage the lifecycle of connector servers, including patching, version upgrades, certificate renewals, and disaster recovery provisioning.
• Onboard target endpoints and service identities while translating architectural blueprints into production-ready configurations.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and RESTful APIs to streamline platform workflows and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in platform administration within CyberArk or Idira Privilege Cloud ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of core vault components, including CPM, PSM, safe design, and session recording logic.
• Strong technical foundation in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, and network fundamentals.
• Experience with high-availability architectures, break-glass protocols, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, specifically Change, Incident, and Problem Management workflows.
