Paid Media Marketing Manager

Trade Nation is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Paid Media team and drive customer acquisition through affiliate, direct display, and programmatic channels. You will own the day-to-day management and optimization of affiliate campaigns and partnerships, focusing on sustainable growth while working closely with our Marketing Data, Creative, CRO, and Compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns, partnerships, and overall performance.
• Identify new growth opportunities and scale successful initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing activities meet strict regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve CAC and FTT metrics.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Background in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate networks and direct display partnerships.
• Strong understanding of tracking, pixels, attribution, and performance reporting.
• Commercial mindset with experience managing CPA, commissions, and payback.
• Working knowledge of paid social and paid search platforms.
