OutSystems Tech Lead

emagine Polska is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative digital solutions using the OutSystems platform. In this role, you will lead development efforts, define technical architecture, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable enterprise applications while mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications built on the OutSystems platform.
• Define technical architecture and ensure alignment with business and technology strategies.
• Guide and mentor developers, promoting best practices and high-quality development standards.
• Review code and ensure compliance with performance, security, and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in OutSystems.
• Proven experience in a Technical Lead or Senior Developer role.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, integration patterns, and application lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in OutSystems Service Studio, Lifetime, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and web technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
