Outsystems Engineer

emagine Polska is seeking a skilled Senior OutSystems Engineer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop robust solutions using OutSystems low-code best practices to ensure optimal performance and user adoption.
• Design and implement features within an agile team, utilizing practices such as TDD, BDD, and rigorous code reviews.
• Produce and test code in short, automated cycles while actively gathering and incorporating end-user feedback.
• Focus on building maintainable, scalable applications capable of supporting thousands of users.
• Communicate high-level functional designs and technical solutions effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Over 2 years of professional OutSystems development experience supported by relevant certifications.
• At least 4 years of overall software development experience.
• Proficiency in web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Strong background in database modeling and working with SQL Server, Oracle, or Postgres.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a strong orientation toward quality and detail.
