OT Cybersecurity Expert

Key responsibilities

• Performing requirements engineering by specifying, reviewing, analyzing, and tracing cybersecurity requirements.
• Shaping a unified requirements engineering concept and implementing a holistic approach for cybersecurity.
• Collaborating with and training various departments to enable effective cybersecurity requirements engineering.
• Driving the rollout of cybersecurity processes and activities across the organization.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and the EU Data Act.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT Security, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience in OT or product security.
• Expertise in requirements engineering tools such as Polarion, MagicDraw, or DOORS.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards including IEC 62443, CRA, and ISO 27001.
• Experience with defining and rolling out cybersecurity processes within an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
