OSM Developer / Senior Oracle Order Management Consultant

Cyclad is currently seeking a skilled Senior Oracle Order Management Consultant to join a long-term project for a top international IT company. You will play a key role in designing and developing advanced order management solutions within a dynamic, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop OSM components and complex order flows.
• Analyze and support functional and technical solution design processes.
• Perform integration testing within OSS/BSS environments to ensure system stability.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on High-Level Design documentation.
• Support end-to-end order flow analysis and work effectively within Agile teams using JIRA.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Oracle OSM specifically within a telecommunications environment.
• Solid knowledge of RODOD and fulfillment processes.
• Practical experience with COM/SOM and OSM plus UIM integration.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and industry standards.
• Good command of the English language to facilitate international collaboration.
