Organizational Effectiveness Consultant

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Effectiveness Consultant to join our Global Organizational Effectiveness team. This role focuses on driving organizational health, strategic workforce planning, and delivering actionable data insights to support our global business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead current state assessments and future state designs, including operating models and structures, in partnership with business leaders.
• Drive the strategic workforce planning process to ensure alignment with long-term organizational goals.
• Provide quarterly Key Performance Indicator updates and deep-dive analytics to support root-cause analysis and informed decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting dashboards, streamline processes, and improve frameworks based on best practices.
• Collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders, conveying complex data clearly while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in organization design, strategic workforce planning, and HR data analytics.
• Business fluency in English with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with the Workday platform and comfort in challenging the status quo.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed to support global initiatives.
