Organizational Change Manager (ServiceNow SPM)

Link Group is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager with deep expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to drive the successful adoption of our platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our business processes, user engagement, and IT PMO operations are fully optimized following the recent implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the stabilization and ongoing adoption of newly implemented ServiceNow SPM capabilities across the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify challenges, improvement opportunities, and adoption barriers.
• Develop and execute action plans to address gaps in processes, reporting, configuration, data quality, and user adoption.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive governance documentation, operating procedures, and process instructions.
• Design and deliver training materials, knowledge articles, and communication plans to facilitate user proficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working specifically with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in organizational change management and driving user adoption.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, demand management, investment planning, and financial management processes.
• Proven ability to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced transformation setting.
