Organizational Change Manager

ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead change and communications activities for a large-scale global transformation initiative. This strategic, business-focused role is designed for a professional who excels at stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and driving organizational adoption across a global enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the change management strategy for a global transformation programme.
• Partner with senior executives and key stakeholders to drive alignment and sponsorship.
• Develop and execute communication and engagement plans across a global audience.
• Conduct impact assessments and identify change implications for different stakeholder groups.
• Design and deliver readiness, adoption, and enablement activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management in global organizations.
• Certified or experienced in Prosci or ADKAR methodologies.
• Proven track record supporting large-scale global transformation programmes.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Advanced written and verbal English skills at a C1 level or higher.
