Oracle Siebel CRM Consultant

SNI is a trusted IT outsourcing partner that delivers successful projects for prestigious global firms. We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle Siebel CRM Consultant to join our team and support our international telecommunications operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and develop Oracle Siebel CRM solutions tailored for telecommunications operations.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application incidents and production issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Design and implement system enhancements, configurations, and change requests.
• Develop, tune, and maintain PL/SQL code and database queries on Oracle Database platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Siebel CRM.
• Solid working knowledge of Oracle Fusion middleware and applications.
• Experience with the Oracle RODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery) framework.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database architecture and proficiency in PL/SQL development.
• Fluent English skills for effective daily collaboration within international teams.
