Oracle OSM Developer/ Senior Oracle Order Management Consultant

Cyclad is partnering with a leading international IT organization to support their mission of delivering cutting-edge technological solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Oracle OSM Developer to join a long-term project focused on complex order management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle OSM components and workflows to meet project requirements.
• Analyze and support the creation of functional and technical solution designs.
• Perform integration testing within complex OSS/BSS environments.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on High-Level Design documentation.
• Support end-to-end order flow analysis while working in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle OSM within the telecommunications sector.
• Solid knowledge of RODOD and fulfillment processes.
• Practical experience with COM/SOM and the integration of OSM with UIM.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and methodologies.
• Good command of the English language for effective professional communication.
