micro1 is seeking an Operations & Service Delivery Expert to join a project focused on reviewing, reconstructing, and enhancing business presentations. In this role, you will leverage your professional domain knowledge to help train next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input that shapes how models learn and perform.

Key responsibilities

• Rebuild business slides in Microsoft PowerPoint, ensuring high accuracy, clarity, and adherence to industry-standard terminology.
• Enhance data visualization, message hierarchy, and narrative flow to improve the overall quality of executive-level presentations.
• Document all modifications and design choices with clear written rationales to support the training process.
• Edit content for precision and factual accuracy, ensuring the material is suitable for executive and client-facing audiences.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in operations, supply chain, service delivery, or process improvement.
• Proven ability to design and refine high-impact presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for senior stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in visual storytelling, data visualization, and content editing within operational contexts.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to justify analytical and design decisions.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining domain integrity and factual accuracy.
