Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

• Own product configuration in production, ensuring operational parameters, limits, and asset flows are consistent, visible, and traceable.
• Coordinate deployments and releases by confirming operational readiness and bridging the gap between product delivery and real-world usage.
• Configure product features, fee logic, and jurisdictional constraints for clients, ensuring alignment with agreed parameters and compliance requirements.
• Monitor operational health by tracking transaction performance and configuration correctness to detect anomalies and assess business impact.
• Maintain strict configuration governance, ensuring every change is intentional, documented, and traceable back to its source.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of senior-level experience in operations or product operations, with a proven track record of owning production environments.
• Hands-on experience in the crypto or blockchain industry, including deep knowledge of wallets, transactions, and custody flows.
• Experience working with production configuration within regulated environments, demonstrating comfort with compliance and audit requirements.
• Strong ownership instincts and the ability to build processes from scratch, writing playbooks where none previously existed.
• Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on maintaining clear documentation and traceability.
