Operations Executive - Poland

BeMyGuest is a leading B2B travel technology platform that connects tour, attraction, and activity suppliers with global distribution partners. We are currently seeking an Operations Executive to join our team and support operators in maximizing the value of our distribution network and booking systems.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product information, including descriptions, pricing, calendars, and images to ensure high quality across the platform.
• Utilize AI tools to assist with content creation, optimization, and translation of product descriptions.
• Provide ongoing support to operators using our platform and booking systems, handling inquiries regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Assist in troubleshooting reservation system and API integration issues by coordinating with internal technical teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, eCommerce, or similar roles.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation or translation.
• Familiarity with API or system troubleshooting is considered an advantage.
