Operations Associate

Storyteller is a high-growth B2B SaaS platform that enables companies to integrate engaging Stories into their own platforms, helping brands boost user engagement and retention. We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and ensure that high-volume sports content remains accurate, timely, and professional.

Key responsibilities

• Run content operations and support workflows during live sports events and high-volume publishing periods.
• Quality-check visuals, copy, metadata, links, and brand consistency to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Triage support requests by gathering evidence, identifying root causes, and communicating clear next steps.
• Use AI and internal tools to accelerate checks, inspect data, and improve overall process repeatability.
• Maintain detailed incident notes and QA records while collaborating with cross-functional teams to prevent recurring issues.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when reviewing text, visuals, and structured information.
• High agency and strong judgment under pressure, with the ability to identify and escalate issues proactively.
• Clear written communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues calmly and precisely.
• Reliability and a strong sense of ownership over content accuracy and support outcomes.
• Curiosity about systems and a desire to improve workflows, checklists, and playbooks.
