OpenShift Technical Lead

YOUR ITEAMS sp. z o.o. is looking for an experienced OpenShift Technical Lead to take charge of the platform's technical direction, architecture, and key engineering decisions. Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical architecture and roadmap for the OpenShift platform, aligning design with business requirements.
• Lead platform engineering efforts including cluster design, installation, upgrades, and lifecycle management of OpenShift and Kubernetes components.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and application engineering teams to integrate platform solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code to ensure repeatable and auditable deployments.
• Mentor and guide engineers across teams to raise platform competency and ensure consistent implementation of standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in roles such as Technical Lead or Platform Architect with demonstrated leadership in platform delivery.
• Deep technical expertise in OpenShift and Kubernetes, including container orchestration and cluster management.
• Strong Linux systems administration skills and comprehensive knowledge of networking, security controls, and identity management.
• Solid background in automation and platform engineering practices, including Terraform and Ansible.
• Fluent English and the ability to drive technical decisions across multiple stakeholders.
