OpenShift Integration Engineer

YOUR ITEAMS sp. z o.o. is looking for an experienced OpenShift Integration Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the integration, automation, and operation of an enterprise-scale OpenShift platform within a complex industrial IT/OT environment, focusing on observability, security, and infrastructure services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain OpenShift and Kubernetes platform integrations across IT and OT systems.
• Develop and operate observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and OpenTelemetry.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and automation patterns using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps workflows.
• Integrate platform security components including IAM, PKI, and backup solutions while contributing to platform hardening.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage enterprise networking and troubleshoot complex production issues.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Practical experience with observability toolchains and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Solid knowledge of Linux system administration, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking concepts.
• Experience with IAM, PKI, and platform security practices in large enterprise environments.
• Fluent English and strong technical documentation skills.
