Openshift administrator

DCG is a professional recruitment partner currently seeking an experienced OpenShift Administrator to join our growing team. We focus on providing continuous support and expert management to ensure our partners achieve their business goals through high-quality technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Installing, managing, and maintaining OpenShift infrastructure, including ARO and on-premise clusters across virtual and cloud environments.
• Monitoring and optimizing the performance, capacity, and availability of OpenShift environments.
• Acting as 2nd Line of Support for container orchestration, networking, storage, and security aspects.
• Supporting application development teams with containerization and migration processes.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and maintenance guides.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Linux system administrator, preferably with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience working within an OpenShift environment.
• Expertise in container orchestration frameworks and the ability to guide junior staff members.
• Strong communication skills with experience in writing technical specifications and documentation.
• Service-oriented attitude with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
