Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with vacation planning, travel recommendations, and creating customized itineraries based on individual preferences and budgets.
• Research and coordinate travel reservations, including flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process and during the client's travel.
• Stay updated on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information to provide accurate advice.
• Maintain precise client records and reservation details while building lasting relationships through professional follow-up.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for travel and helping others.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and various online booking platforms.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel is considered a plus.
