Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking hotels, resorts, and various accommodations through our online platforms.
• Research and recommend lodging options tailored to specific destination requirements, budgets, and client preferences.
• Process reservations, updates, and modifications with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain organized records of all bookings, client requests, and confirmation details.
• Communicate professionally with clients and supplier partners via email, phone, and chat.
