Online Course Facilitator

Eastern Kentucky University is seeking qualified professionals to join our team as part-time Online Course Facilitators for our MBA program. This fully remote role supports the delivery of high-enrollment online courses by fostering regular and substantive interaction with students under the guidance of the Instructor of Record.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, comprehensive, and meaningful feedback on student assignments as directed by the Instructor of Record.
• Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with the Instructor of Record to support effective course delivery.
• Foster regular and substantive interaction with students enrolled in the online MBA courses.
• Support the academic success of students within a high-enrollment online learning environment.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a master’s degree in a related business discipline from an accredited institution.
• A doctoral degree in business or a closely related field is preferred.
• Prior experience teaching or facilitating online courses in business or related disciplines is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time capacity.
