One Identity Manager Architect

Solution Architect – IAM (One Identity)
We are looking for an experienced IAM Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our One Identity platform across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, lead, and oversee One Identity implementations and support operations, providing hands-on technical guidance to delivery teams.

• Manage platform configuration, customization, and integrations as the IAM Solution Architect.

• Review and govern operational runbooks, SLA frameworks, and incident/change management processes.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including platform upgrades, performance optimization, workflow automation, and technical debt reduction.

• Act as the key liaison between IT Security, business stakeholders, and governance teams.

• Lead knowledge transfer activities, maintain solution documentation, and mentor junior team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with IAM solutions, ideally One Identity.

• Strong architecture, integration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments and leading technical initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.
