Onboarding Manager

Fetch Package is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Onboarding Manager to lead the implementation lifecycle for our multifamily real estate partners. In this role, you will serve as the operational anchor, ensuring that new property portfolios are successfully integrated, configured, and trained to achieve rapid value and long-term adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new properties, regional rollouts, and acquisitions from sales handoff through the first 90 days.
• Coordinate technical setups, data migrations, and software integrations with major property management systems.
• Lead virtual training sessions for regional managers, property staff, and maintenance teams to ensure platform proficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding window, resolving implementation issues and driving early adoption.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures, playbooks, and launch checklists to improve scalability and client experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in client onboarding or implementation within a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-location rollouts and building associated operational playbooks.
• Strong technical proficiency with CRM, project management, and support platforms such as Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executives and simplify complex workflows for non-technical users.
• Experience with property management systems like Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata is highly preferred.
