Offensive Security Lead Expert

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an Offensive Security Lead Expert to join a multinational team of security professionals. In this fully remote role, you will lead a team in delivering high-impact security projects, including penetration testing, application code reviews, Red Team assessments, and threat modeling.

Key responsibilities

• Guide a team of professionals in executing Attack and Penetration Testing projects.
• Perform hands-on security testing, analysis, and detailed reporting for diverse client projects.
• Translate complex security findings into business-relevant risks and actionable remediation steps.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, evidence handling, and clear communication across all project phases.
• Provide technical security expertise and consulting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in development or IT security, specifically conducting penetration testing projects.
• Deep understanding of networking architecture, protocols, operating systems, and web application stacks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OWASP Top 10, application security verification standards, and mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with Red Team methodologies, including MITRE ATT&CK, social engineering, and OSINT.
• Relevant professional certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, or GPEN.
