Offensive Security Lead Expert

Link Group is seeking an experienced Offensive Security Lead Expert to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-level security assessments and providing technical leadership to ensure the integrity and resilience of our clients' digital environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive Attack & Penetration Testing engagements across web, mobile, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
• Conduct advanced Red Team assessments, threat modeling, and security architecture reviews to identify complex vulnerabilities.
• Perform deep-dive technical analysis and translate findings into actionable, business-relevant risk reports.
• Mentor and guide a team of security consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and fostering technical growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in IT security, specifically conducting penetration testing and security assessments.
• Deep expertise in OWASP Top 10, ASVS, and modern attack frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
• Strong technical foundation in network protocols, operating systems, and full-stack web application architecture.
• Industry-recognized offensive security certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, or GPEN.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
