Odoo Delivery Manager (Part-Time/ Remote)

MAT Research is a pioneering company in the field of pyrogen testing, committed to ethical and accurate diagnostics. As our Odoo Delivery Manager, you will ensure our ERP system (v18) runs smoothly, evolves with our needs, and supports every team in delivering high-impact scientific work by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery pipeline, including maintenance, enhancements, bug fixes, and new features.
• Manage and prioritize the Asana board to ensure clarity and business value alignment.
• Capture, refine, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable developer tasks while defining acceptance criteria.
• Plan and execute QA cycles, conduct functional tests, and oversee UAT sign-offs.
• Maintain clear records of workflows and configurations while delivering training sessions to improve system adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing ERP systems, ideally Odoo v16–18 on Odoo.sh.
• Strong understanding of CRM, Sales, Accounting, Helpdesk, Inventory, Purchase, and Manufacturing modules.
• Proficiency with Odoo Studio, reporting tools, and project management software like Asana.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Experience with workflow optimization and remote, cross-time-zone collaboration.
