The goal is to develop a new web-based self-service application that will replace an existing Power BI system. The new application will be integrated with Data Lake, which contains: Consumer insights, Competitor data, Clinical trial results, External marketing data, R&D end users will use the application to: Submit data requests, Download reports, Explore data to support product innovation (e.g., ideas like “Crest toothpaste without fluoride”).

Responsibilities:

• Design and Development of the Web Application
• Build the user interface using React
• Develop backend services in Java
• Integrate with XXX Data Lake
• Migration of Existing Functionality
• Analyse and replicate the logic of the legacy Power BI system
• Transfer orchestration and workflows to the new platform
• Technical Leadership
• Collaborate with a global team (Canada, Eastern Europe)
• Lead development efforts and make key technical decisions
• Data Understanding and Business Alignment
• Work with diverse datasets from R&D and marketing
• Align application features with business needs and user expectations
• Ensure Quality and Scalability
• Design for long-term maintainability
• Address data security and system performance

Requirements:

• Experience in build user interface (React)
• Experience in develop backend services in Java
• Data Lake
• Technical Leadership
• Experience in transfer orchestration and workflows to the new platform
• English skills: min. B2
