As a Junior Authorization Line Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact, providing essential support in an international financial setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support for banking and card-related inquiries via phone and written requests.
- Resolve customer issues during the first contact and assist with account topics, payments, and billing.
- Support transaction authorization processes and handle sensitive card-related data.
- Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Build positive, professional relationships with customers while working within defined global procedures.
Requirements
- Very good command of English (C1 level) both written and spoken.
- Secondary education (high school diploma) or higher.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
- Good communication skills and the ability to navigate computer systems effectively.
- Ability to work within a 24/7 shift environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
