Non-Technical Founder

Mindsets is seeking a visionary Non-Technical Founder to lead the development and growth of a new venture. You will collaborate closely with the Mindsets Ventures team to validate, build, commercialize, and scale the business from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Translating product vision into technical requirements and managing the development process.
• Conducting extensive customer validation and market research to ensure the product addresses real market needs.
• Driving business development, sales, and early customer acquisition efforts.
• Leading fundraising initiatives, pitching to investors, and managing key stakeholder relationships.
• Building and managing high-performing teams, including technical talent or external agencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a founder in raising capital and leading strategic and operational execution from validation to scale.
• Deep understanding of the target industry and a strong professional network.
• Ability to thrive in uncertain, fast-paced environments while operating lean and pivoting based on market feedback.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive product development or onboard a technical co-founder.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust with stakeholders.
