Node.js + Next.js Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in building real-time integrations, ingestion pipelines, and multi-API OAuth flows. You’ll own the architecture and implementation of our integration layer from the ground up—powering near-real-time data sync, instant transactional actions, and smart post-interaction workflows across the platforms our customers rely on.

What You’ll Build

1. Near-real-time ingestion pipeline

   You’ll design and implement a scalable ingestion system that syncs data from third-party providers such as Stripe, Square, Mindbody, and Google Suite APIs. We’ll leverage an iPaaS connector library to accelerate some integrations, but much of the work will involve ground-up implementation and careful data mapping.

2. Real-time, bidirectional API operations

   During live customer interactions, our platform will need to read and write data instantly. You’ll build the real-time pathways for actions like:

   • Creating or modifying bookings
   • Processing payments using stored cards
   • Updating CRM records on demand

   This involves robust webhook handling, secure API writes, and resilience against failure.

3. Post-interaction automation via webhooks

   After each interaction, our system triggers workflows such as:

   • Writing back call summaries or context fields
   • Updating CRM lifecycle stages or labels
   • Persisting metadata to external systems in real (or near-real) time

   You’ll build the webhooks and data-sync logic that make these automated actions reliable and fast.

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who thrives on ownership and building integrations correctly the first time. Specifically, you should have:

• Strong experience with real-time or near-real-time ingestion pipelines
• Hands-on experience with CRMs, scheduling systems, or payment processor APIs
• Expert-level understanding of OAuth and multi-provider authentication flows
• Proven ability to design, build, and operate event-driven data workflows
• Comfort using (or extending) an iPaaS connector library

Bonus experience:

• Stripe, Square, Mindbody, Google Workspace APIs
• Websocket or streaming architectures
• High-volume webhook handling
• Data sync conflict resolution patterns
