No-Code Business Analyst

Creatio is a global vendor of an agentic CRM and workflow platform with no-code and AI at its core. We are seeking an innovative Business Analyst to join our No-Code Development Team to address real-world challenges and drive transformative impact through our technology.

Key responsibilities

• Create application UIs using no-code designer tools, including drag-and-drop interfaces for pages and sections.
• Develop server logic automation using no-code business process tools tailored to BPMN notation.
• Design database structures using the Creatio Objects designer, defining tables, relationships, and data fields.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure high-quality, robust, and reliable outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis, market research, competitor analysis, and gathering requirements.
• Knowledge of database management, including T-SQL, relationships, indexes, and complex selection queries.
• Solid understanding of BPMN notation principles and experience working within software development teams.
• Hands-on experience in configuring information systems through UI-based tools.
• Proficiency in English with the ability to conduct interviews and collaborate with international stakeholders.
